MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Hello! Mr Cuddles here again! It's almost Christmas!!!   πŸŽ… No time to put my paws up - so much to do! At this time of year I'm busy helping Santa's elves get everything ready for Christmas Eve. Those elves are a very naughty bunch so I'm kept on my paws! 🐾🐾 My job is to check all the presents 🎁🎁🎁are wrapped properly AND with the right labels  stuck on! Santa will not be happy if the names are all wrongly addressed.  I also have to feed the reindeer,......... clean Santa's sleigh πŸ›· ......  usually I find an odd un-eaten mince pie (still tastes yummy!) and one of Santa's spare boots πŸ‘’ he's forgotten, inside! Then I need to sweep the snow ❆❆⛄⛄❆❆so it's nice and smooth for when Santa's sleigh takes off on his trip around the world, delivering presents for every boy and girl. I do hope you've been good this year!!! You don't want to miss out! Also, an URGENT  reminder from Santa - please leave out a mince pie πŸ§‰and drink for Santa and a

Hello, Mr Cuddles here again, I was looking on a website called Shepherd Books ( https://shepherd.com/ ) and found this great review  for Claire's book - Dinosaurs Love Underpants .   I thought I'd share it with any of you dinosaur fans out there! It's all part of my teddy bear duties, looking after my human! The hilarious follow-up to the award-winning Aliens Love Underpants! The mystery of dinosaur extinction is solved! Scientists have plenty of theories about why dinosaurs are extinct, but the UK's bestselling author/illustrator team of Claire Freedman and Ben Cort knows the real answer: The dinos were wiped out in an Underpants War! This wacky celebration of underpants is perfect for reading aloud, and the hilarious antics of T. rex and the gang are endlessly entertaining. Featuring fun, vibrant art and short, rhyming text, Dinosaurs Love Underpants is a prehistoric pleasure parents and kids will want to read again and again. Praise for Din

Mr Cuddles Blog - March 2023 Hello! Mr Cuddles here. I’ve been very busy going out and about and look what I came across on top of a post box in Leicester! YAY! Some very clever person (who goes under the name of SKB (Syston K Banxy) has knitted an Alien Love Underpants topper for World Book Day! It’s from Claire’s, and illustrator Ben Cort’s book, Aliens Love Underpants! Whoever that talented knitter is, they must be a Leicester City Football Club supporter – see the blue pants around the edge of the topper. I told Claire and she was so impressed and excited to see it! Now I want someone to knit a post box topper of me! Pleeeeze! Lots of love and Cuddles   Mr Cuddles x

MR CUDDLES BLOG  πŸ’“     12th March 2023  πŸ‘‹ Hello! Mr Cuddles here! I just wanted to tell you all about a book called CUDDLE BEAR, that I helped Claire to write. The book is all about me (so it's a must read!) Of course I had to change my name as I don't want to become TOO famous! CUDDLE BEAR is a book all about cuddles. And as I'm THE expert in hugs and cuddles, Claire needed my help in writing it. In fact I almost wrote it myself! I asked Claire to share with the world my cuddle secrets for the best ever hugs and cuddles. Here are a few peeks inside some of the pages. Remember, cuddles come in all shapes and sizes, and there is a hug to fit everyone! I've even given away my TOP SECRET tip for finding the very best cuddle for yourself. You will have to read the book to find out what that is! CUDDLE BEAR is illustrated by the very talented Gavin Scott. I'm sure he loves cuddles too! P.S. There is also a sequel to CUDDLE BEAR called CUDDLE BEAR'S BOOK OF HUGS. I&

Mr Cuddles Very Important Blog – No 7 Location: Manchester & Essex, England YIPPEE! I found Claire on the internet! I couldn’t help doing cartwheels around the room! Better still – she was on a dating site! Now all I had to do was to get Him and Claire together. Easier than I thought! I twiddled with the internet and made sure Claire’s photo kept flashing onto the screen. Him fell for it (I mean for Claire!). When I listened to their phone conversations it seemed to be going well. I am such a clever little bear! The day Him was getting ready to go down to Essex to meet Claire, I smuggled myself into his rucksack! Him never had the faintest clue what was really happening! Suddenly I felt nervous. What if Claire didn’t like me? What if she didn’t even like teddy bears? But then I remembered that bears choose their human – not the other way round. I was SO sure Claire was MY human. The moment Claire and Him met, I leapt out of the rucksack. Ta-dah! “Whose this?” said Claire. “What’s hi

Mr Cuddles Very Important Blog – No 6 Location: Manchester, England When I came to, I didn’t know where I was. I must have been hit by a boat and then fished out of the water. But how did I get here? I may never know. I could hear thumping music and dancing, and happy human laughter. When my eyes got used to the dark, I also realised why I couldn’t move my paws. I was in a huge sack and wrapped in paper. What was going on?  I tore a teeny hole in the paper and peeped out. There were others wrapped up in the sack with me. Some were peering out of small rips in their wrapping paper too. “It’s a Christmas party!” squeaked a panda bear shaped like a hot water bottle. “We’re all Secret Santa presents hidden in Santa’s sack!” “Soon we’ll be picked out of the sack!” said a cat, attached to the top of a woolly hat! “I hope I’m chosen by someone nice! I don’t want to be worn by just anyone!” “Shh!” someone whispered. “They’re coming for us!” Suddenly a hand dipped into the sack, jiggled around,

Mr Cuddles Very Important Blog – No 5 Location: All Over The Place! Swimming is very boring – all you can see is the sea! For miles and miles and miles!  I navigated using the stars and the moon. Not easy when it’s cloudy! I also kept following my nose! That’s why I got lost a few times! Oops! I circled all the way around Iceland – I’m not sure how that happened! Then a group of dolphins accidently gave me the wrong directions! Or maybe I got my right and left muddled up! But at last I felt deep down inside that I really was getting closer to Claire. I spotted new land, which I now know is the UK – and it was the right place! But, as I got nearer the coast of England, it became very SCARY! There were huge ships and tankers and boats, big and small, and barges EVERYWHERE! It was SO noisy and busy and crowded and the water was slippery with oil and difficult to swim in. No one even noticed a tiny pink and white bear battling the waves!   I knew I had to escape! So I swam up what I later
